Open 7 days for February 9am - 8pm. Flame is a lovely cafe with outdoor dining. They use quality products including free range eggs and local organic fruit and vegetables where possible. The menu has tempting choices for you from seafood, burgers, wraps, salads and tempura to name a few. Open 9am - 8pm Thurs to Mon. 9am - 3pm Tuesday. Closed Wednesday.
