Birds are singing
Woke up this morning, had to come into the shop which is a bit of a downer.....it's not that I dont enjoy chatting to travelers, I actually do.....but I do miss time on the beach on beautiful days like today. But it's not all bad. The birds were singing madly this morning, crested cockatoos & rainbow lorikeets mainly, very rowdy. A wee Sunbird is currently building a nest on our back deck, so literally had breakfast with the birds! Have to love mornings in Mission Beach.

Have to agree, there were tons of Rainbow Lorikeets and Sulphur Crested Cockatoos around today. Coupled with the sun and taking my dog down the beach you couldn;t ask for me. Oh, and the FA Cup Final is on tonight too - loads of beer and shouting at the TV. Life doesn't get much better.
